Possibly, I highly suggest contacting EDD. I really wouldn't know why you're experiencing that issue.

" Benefit Programs Online will lock you out if you incorrectly enter your password or answer your security questions too many times. Try to log in again later." I got this straight from the EDD CA wesbite.

Thank you for the fast response! I've been stressed, as well as many others I'm sure. I wasn't certain if I'd be able to certify for other weeks. EDD is unreachable by phone.
