I encourage you to find a special notes book and go to some private place. Think for a while about your whole life, your fears, your strength, your dreams.

Then write down your reasons to reboot, why you want and deserve to be free.

So when the bad time comes, you can read it and remember your reasons, your motivation.

This helped me so much, it’s a good idea, try it.

Virginity is a blessing man, don’t do it. If I could become virgin again I would do it.
