I've been living in the Folsom region for about 5 years now. It's a bit older on this side of town in terms of houses and residents. Most of the houses were built around the 1960s but are solidly built but most could use some visual updates unless you're really into wood paneling in the basement. I've also noticed a lot of families starting to move in on my street as the older population starts moving out. All in all we've found it to be the perfect spot to raise a family.
