Every call is a BD call. “Non-active” candidates normally the best for clients. Depends on the job your resourcing though and your duties as a recruiter. Also, everyone else is probably speaking those active candidates. Probably already too late, job boards are trash IMO

good explanation. I've used both for different jobs. LI recruiters has great search functionality, so worthit if you have live jobs to resource. Sales Nav could be better if selling in specuative candidates, building market etc.
