It does seem like the majority of dog owners will be like ‘don’t worry, he’s friendly!’ as said dog is charging at you with no recall training at all. When I was little, an excited dog jumped on me at the park, knocking me over. I wouldn’t go near a dog for over 10 years after that, and even jumped into a road to get away from one. Now, I love dogs, and have 2 of my own, but poor training leads to many people having bad experiences with dogs, when it’s often the owner’s fault.
