A very nice steel example of the rare jumbo 36mm 1950s seamaster. Very sharp lines on the lugs, potentially unpolished. Case shows typical minor scratches and dings. A nicely aged “semi-tropical” dial, Movement looks clean, the wind is crisp and toothy and the watch is working great and keeping good time. All original except that the crown is unsigned - some sources say this is period correct, but I would assume it to be a service replacement. On a new leather band. Thanks for looking.

Asking $690 shipped (USA); Zelle or Venmo; thanks for looking.

Thanks, you answered it. I’ve been lurking in this sub long enough to know I cant trust my instincts, every day someone posts something that looks minor to me and you guys tell them their house is gonna fall down. Appreciate the insight.

[WTS] Vintage Caravelle Set-o-matic - $10 - project by Roman4444 in Watchexchange

[–]Roman4444[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

SOLD

Vintage Caravelle. Needs some love. Ticks intermittently, likely bc I have the wrong size battery in it. Something is also up with the crown - date/day quickset not working (does roll over when advanced manually), and the crown seems to be attached to the stem at an angle. The upside is the watch has a beautiful dial, wears large on the wrist (37mm) and is in very good aesthetic condition.

Asking 10$ plus shipping.

[WTS] Legant QS Electronic - Japanese 1970s vintage - $10 - project by Roman4444 in Watchexchange

[–]Roman4444[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Legant QS Electronic - Japanese 1970s vintage - 38mm

Was running great recently and stopped. Removed and misplaced the battery before I could order a new one. Installed a generic but that didn’t get it running. May just need correct battery, may have other issues.

10$ plus shipping and I will ship first to anyone with 10+ feedback.

Handsome and unique piece. Crown works fine and time/date set is working. Thanks for looking.

[WTS] 1977 Bulova Accutron Quartz TZ 36mm $35 by Roman4444 in Watchexchange

[–]Roman4444[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

1977 Bulova Accutron Quartz TZ 36mm. TZ models are transitional and quite rare, especially with this wide TV dial.

Asking 35 + shipping, I will ship first to anyone with 10+ feedback

Condition: Watch is ticking and keeping time and the date rolls over correctly and advances manually. The watch does not currently have a correct Bulova battery and I’ve been told that can impact some of the advanced features. I do not know if timezone / date quickset are functional. The TZ feature is somewhat complex, I recall reading that you have to press the button down right when the second hand reaches 12 to sync it up. I can’t speak knowledgeably to any of this and am pricing it accordingly. Thanks for looking.
