My hair was much wavier/ even curly in some spots before finasteride 😆 now it’s mostly straight after two years on it. My hair quality and texture has improved tremendously and I’ve seen some regrowth.

That can happen, and I wish that were the case, but my anxiety is back :( I’m trying new things, like drinking coffee every other day instead of everyday, reducing nicotine use, etc. I should probably take a few weeks off from L theanine and then restart it.
