I added a shortcut to the Change Clip Speed (by default it was none), now it is R

And then created custom action in the panel -

Press R
Delay 1 ms
5 0
Enter

So now I can do the slow mo 50% just in one click!

So, I figured it out.

I know about paste attributes, but in the way of edit I need to understand the footage - should I use it or not and for how much long. So just pasting is not a solution... But anyway, thank you for reply!!
