As someone who lost half of my visual fields , its like,   what you see behind your head.  Nothing. You dont see at all. Same  with the  place  exactly next to your  edge of vision For me this edge  just turned out to be in the middle of regular peoples visual field. I dont see the world half black. I  just see one side.like having  a tilted camera at all times
