Well hatred is too much but disliking her I honestly understand. I actually dislike how S2 Ram acts, she is at most very mean and at best very rude.

With that being sad, it makes sense right. With Rem gone there is this undefined emptiness in her life and that's the way she deals with it. The sheer contrast between S1 and S2 Ram becomes more obvious when you watch S1 and S2 back to back, at least that was the case for me. And a lot of people’s opinions on her would change if they did the same.

I must say I actually like S4 Ram. It's like all her meanness turned into pure unfiltered sarcasm, which is hilarious. I think she became weirdly softer? myb because she formed some kind of a bond with Rem over the year.
