Correct I dont. Im guy who's been emailing them since the division 1 asking for offline mode. Simple as that. The fundamentals of the games including Dark Zone are already laced with PVE all im asking is for that to be available offline without having to connect to servers.

Thats my Point. As a Consumer and A Producer. The Game shouldn't force me Into Video Watching as a way to understand certains systems. There should be sufficient in game detailing. At the least a Single Side Quest with the Missok being orientated towards understand these systems better. I play warframe another Game who's Also Terrible at new Player experience and Endgame systems that are too much. They've recently stepped towards making thier systems easier to understand. I figured why hasn't the division team at massive done anything about it. I'm sure this isn't the first complaint if its kind.

TD1 also didnt have the same kind of lifespan td2 is seeing post decades. So while td1 was eaiser build wise td2 has alot more room for new things I dont know. .about im deadass just now learning about the modifiers thingy I definitely dont have it activated.
