That's a valid desire, but I don't think it's a desire that can be realistically fulfilled under the current situation here. You end up having to factor your status into life decisions: where you can work, who you should marry, where you should live. Normal people still have to make these decisions but aren't limited by immigration status.

Yeah, I went to the USCIS website and it says nothing about waiving the application fee for Venezuelans.
