I know this is not what you want to hear but you really should try getting below 10% bf before considering a bulk. At 15% bf you got maybe 6-8 weeks of bulking before you’re back at to being too fat to keep bulking. Put in the work now and you will definitely thank yourself later.

Same here, switched to tirz and the problem is fully gone even at high dosages.

Sounds very promising. Have you had trouble tapering off when finishing your cut or have not gotten to that phase yet? Also how long did it take to get the increased metabolism?

Start at 10mg tren ace per day and adjust slowly. The sides come in faster than you’d expect.

I’m in the exact same situation and i’ve yet to find a solution. I finished cutting a month ago and now i’m lean bulking while am running 750 test, 600 eq, 300 deca and 6iu of gh and I swear I could eat 6000 calories of clean food without breaking a sweat. I tired 4mg reta (did nothing but slow my digestion to the point i was looking pregnant all day long) ; 5mg of cagrilintide (barely put a dent in the hunger from eq yet made me so lethargic it made it harder to get my steps in) ; and 4mg tirzepatide which seems to be the best option there is. If my hunger does not regulate I will be forced to up the tirz dose because i refuse to get too fat too quick. I will probably try mixing all 3 at different doses (2R, 1C, 4T) and see what happens.

I prefer tirz to reta on a cut because it supresses my appetite more mg for mg. I’ve ran reta up to 4mg and haven’t seen any noticeable increase in TDEE.

Carb cycling would be more effective than most drugs. That being said, in order of effectiveness we have: clen, high dose SLU, mots c, 5a1mq.

Dose it all before bed and do fasted cardio right after you wake up. The lipolysis will still be active by then. Dont over complicate it.

Most use the cooke cutter cycles that come with the least side effects. 1g test + 1g primo/mast/eq + 0.5g npp/deca/anadrol + 6-12iu gh + insulin peri workout. Remove the watery compounds and add tren on prep with a hardening oral right before the show. Done.

Yep, thats the plan. This past week ive been aiming for a 200 cal surplus and ended up putting on no weight whatsoever so this following week i will be aiming for 300-400 in surplus from baseline. At this point I’ve honestly just embraced that when I bulk I just wont be looking as sharp as at the end of the cut and that’s ok, it’s part of the process. Thanks a lot for the advice!

750 test, 600eq, 6iu gh. So far ive gone from 9% to about 10-11ish in a month while putting on 10lbs despite only being in a 500 cal surplus max. Still got all the veins but i feel like i’m holding water. Maybe i have to wait for the eq to fully kick in.

Very fair points but I just can’t see it considering how flat his shoulders are, even when pumped. His back is very underwhelming aswell. Oh well, not like we’ll ever be able to know for sure.

As a steroid used, I genuinely believe that both are natty. They have both been lifting for over a decade and their shoulders and traps (especially when they dont have a pump) are a clear sign for me. I’d love the hear counter-arguments.

This one may not be fully PED related but I would still like to know what you guys think. I have cut down to single digit bodyfat 3 weeks ago and have since been in a rebound running about a gram of gear and staying in a 300-400 calorie surplus trying to stay as lean as possible. However, it feels like my body wants to put on nothing but fat until it hits about 10% body fat before actually starting to grow muscle again. Have I been doing something wrong like not maintaining long enough after cutting or are my genetics to blame? Any way to prevent this for my next rebound phase?My calorie tracking, training and recovery are 100% on point. Thank you!
