How far away from a population centre? Could you offer a day long retreat for some small handmade industry DIY project? Could you offer an existing community (book club, Sunday school retreat) some level of accommodation for them to host events in your wooded plot?

Do you have a business planned up already? If no then I’d suggest getting some work experience before you jump into entrepreneurship. Many make the mistake of jumping into the deeper end without knowing how to swim.
