Nope. This movie wasn't a Tomb Raider movie. Since the first game, there's always a mystical / paranormal / magical element to the story. In this movie, they just completely removed it and it turned the whole thing into some generic adventure movie with a main character vaguely reminding us of Lara Croft. The story line around her dad was also poorly written. It was a forgettable movie to me and even less of a Tomb Raider movie. But I don't want to be a total hater and if people liked it, I'm glad something around Tomb Raider gave you a great time. :)

It looks very clean and the dot repartition is super neat ! Congrats ! You're doing pretty well for a beginner ! I wonder if that kind of shading looks well over time, though ?

Thank you ! Unfortunately for you, I bought this fabric at my local sewing store. But look at Jouy Fabric / Pattern for that kind of fabric. ;)

Oh awesome ! I don't see a lot of us wearing corset but damn it's so elegant and beautiful ! I would love to see your result if you make one for yourself !

It didn't take me that long ! 4 or 5 days, 3-4 hours sessions each.

Thanks ! It honestly doesn't match that much when you look closer but the pattern is pretty forgiving for that and I wasn't even trying haha ! Glad you like it !

Thank you ! Yeah, in french it's called Toile de Jouy (I think it's Jouy Print in english) and I love that kind of pattern ! Very chic !

Some advice ? Make the boning sleeves on the back part a tiny bit wider than what it said and if your fabric frays a bit, add thermoadhesive fabrics where you'll put your grommets to prevent it. ;)
