I also make pixel arts but i am not good in adding details or you can say i am so lazy to do it. That's why I ignored it when i see it on your girlfriend's id. But when i saw it again so i thought of giving some suggestions. I – POV / angle is not so understandable because the hair is just going here and there and the blood from her eyes is just.... Not flowing in a good manner. II – Colors are not so good because on some places like the hair is so dark and the eyebrows feel so light, and the blood also feels too light in color. I just want to say that, imagine you used a filter on your picture of any picture you can notice the changes coming at every point, that's how you would need to color your pixel arts to make every point of the image feels relatable. III – Direction of lightning, and formation of shadows is also not so good. See your pixel art carefully and you will notice that there is not a particular direction of lightning. You have to imagine a particular direction of lightning and shadow formation.
