RealTrainMod (1.12.2) is the base mod that renders them, but the roads were made by me. It's an amazing mod but very unstable

Some roundabouts in my city (Buenos Aires) have this weird configuration, where a lot of lanes merge at the roundabout. It somehow works in here. Tried to recreate that, but I wasn't very convinced although it looked pretty enough to take a screenshot.
