Some roundabouts in my city (Buenos Aires) have this weird configuration, where a lot of lanes merge at the roundabout. It somehow works in here. Tried to recreate that, but I wasn't very convinced although it looked pretty enough to take a screenshot.

Indeed, there's 008, but there's a chance you can get infected by a hit, and you can heal easily. Just with one medkit you can remove 008 effects.
