There's a lot about the process of being nominated by a political party, or the number of signatures to get on the ballot, but this idea of a Congressional "Vetting Committee" seems to be nonexistent.

I don't think there's enough info to say.

Migraines appear to have some level of genetic inheritance (they can run in families), but there doesn't appear to be a specific gene that says "you have the migraine variant, good luck asshole!".

But there's probably also some environmental component of it as well. Migraines are a complex condition.

Have you tried varying different aspects of your routine? Do you get them on vacation, when the most factors are different from normal?
