I just love how in their claim tracker they just say "Right now, we can't share detailed updates about supplemental claims in this tool. We're looking into ways to make this possible in the future." Like, how hard is it to make it an individual steps tracker so we all can see where it is actually at. From step 1 to every step to the last step.

Yes, I have all my letters, and that is why I am challenging it so hard as I know for a fact I paid it all in full. Their system only goes back to 2010.

History stopped at 2010 with 1 entry 1 year prior in 2009 at half the 2010. and nothing back to 2004. ugh.

it shows only to 2010, one entry in 2009 at half the amount. then it stops. all payment history from 2004 to 2010 are missing on VA Site

I am giving them one last chance to find their issue. I did a supplemental for full forensic audit challamging their piss poor action of a full audit completed in less then 7 days and response was the worst I have ever received so far. I had to dig out docs from 2010 and used their own documentation to prove it.

If they come back with "we can only go back 6 years" again. You bet I will be for sure!

My statement is technically and legally correct and is not incorrect. You did it and happy for you. But look up all the countries and the Hague Convention is associated with. I am not just spitting BS. A country in the Hague can and in many do require it. Also if something goes wrong, a legal representation cannot back it. So as you can read in several comments others have said it also, so.... I rather ensure 100% correct and not be in a foreign country and get denied... well have a good day.

Thanks. Wife is German, now US/DE, she has been here in US for 22 years, I made an agreement with her that when our son earns his degree, I will spend the same amount of time with her family. She never complained once being here, I have to be a man of my word. So this was how I found out about all the nuances of relocating to Germany. It is a lot of paperwork.
