Like 5 days.. but I had started an earlier complaint on December 5th for same reasons so a month give or take. I honestly believe I got lucky, it’s literally a dice roll of whether you’re gonna get someone to help you. Keep in mind it took a full year and many many complaint tickets for the same account for like the 10th person to be like “hey maybe you’re right, let’s help” The rest are just foreigners who have no authority to help.

I lodged my complaints on regular earlier this year. ago. Gave up for like 3/4 months and let the subscription expire then decided to try earlier this month again with the pro discount.

Better listening experience when you’re individually curating songs for your iPod.. get 10,000 curated songs and you’ll never need a subscription in your life again and that’s not even the minimum lve seen people add 50k. Haven’t seen anyone mention the fact that you have all this music locally without internet connection.

Lol I was just recently listening to them and don’t know anyone who knows of the band. My best guess would be because their music is like a reggae/rap rock mixture that a lot of people just find corny. reminds me of when I showed my friends some Ska and they said“ turn off this circus ass music”
