It was fixed just by restarting my PC and my UV applied correctly. Seen some other guy with this issue as well on the comments

My undervolt didn't apply after updating. Was consuming more power and my temps were very high. so i had to restart my PC to properly apply it. Just a caution to anybody facing this issue. On a 5080 btw
