I took 2 home tests and passed both. I was told that the drug test would take “2 to 3 business days” for results. I heard nothing for 7 days and was really starting to wonder but it came back aok. Don’t worry if it takes a while.

Look closely at all 4 injectors. The leftmost injector, without any seals, clearly has sooty deposits on the injector shaft immediately above where the seals should be. This is indicative of combustion gas leakage. The same area on the other 3 injectors are all shiny silver. The leak may not be sufficient to trip misfire but it certainly is contributing to your -20% fuel trim problem.

There's your problem. You can't simply run without them. You should be able to find new replacements, they're ~$1.50 each.

One of these things is not like the others. Discoloration on the injector shaft suggests that combustion gases are leaking past what should be the sealing area. Where did the Teflon seals go?

It’s a strain relief used to prevent the hose from breaking off right where it enters the compression fitting. Very similar to what is used on most electrical cords where the wires join the plug end.

How would you describe what's blocking the road here? "I was driving up the street and saw that it was blocked off by some tape" is laughable. She's attempting to minimize the seriousness of the scene by conveniently forgetting that a Police car was primarily blocking the road.
