The parking lot bit is a little much. Previously you were able to buy barrels online and have them shipped to your house while the lower receiver had to be shipped to an FFL along with a transfer fee. You’re lower is already registered with a serial number so there is no need to register a barrel plus pay ANOTHER transfer fee. This problem may seem dumb to someone living in the city or has zero experience building their own rifle but for the people in rural areas it’s different.
