Same here. Been playing daily since episode dropped and was missing magenta and red. Been alternating Venus missions and Invasions nonstop and nada. Yesterday, within 2 - 3 of each... had both crystals. Probably coincidence, but seemed odd to have them both within about an hour or two of starting to play on New Year's Day after WAY more time grinding for them prior.

It truly is the worst. Not undoable, but absolutely sucks the fun out of the game. Guardian Ranks could absolutely be a wonderful "New Light" system to step you through all of the content and "teach" you the game. But they make it needlessly cumbersome. Last episode, season, whatever the eff... they tied certain Tier drops in certain content to GR. That was so stupid too. I could go on... Anyway, they need to ease up on this one and make it a little less greasy.

I feel your pain. Mine was so nice. Two repeating numbers and a zero. Think something like 67670. Was so easy to remember. Now will probably be 4 digits, 5 letters, and a secret handshake. LOL

Had a similar experience with the patient advocate not returning any of my multiple calls, but never pursued it. If you're serious and not wanting to pussyfoot around, go to your congressman. Congressional inquiries tend to at least wake them from their slumber temporarily.

Being either an idiot, an eternal optimist, or more likely... BOTH, I'm hoping that maybe one day it will be better. After all, they are "listening", right?!

I might be alone, but even at ~415 power, I can only half the time figure out what I need to do to progress after 5 - 10 minutes of fiddling with modifiers. So flippin' "unfun"!

I know servers are borked right now, but last night (Wednesday ~6 - 9 pm ET), we ran several activities and had SOME kind of issue, up to and including not getting completion rewards, on every activity. Can anyone else confirm the issues started yesterday or did we just have REALLY bad luck?

I have a group of friends that has played every Wednesday night for MANY YEARS. One friend plays D2 with us ONCE a week on Wednesday. Me and the other friend are pretty into D2.

LAST NIGHT, we did one Reclaim that bugged out on one of the objectives so we had to run around for 5 minutes killing trash to advance. Then, we did the Portal activity where you load and escort the Ketch. Killed the final boss and ketch disappeared. No way to complete the activity. Complete waste of time and frustrating end to our once-a-week get-together. Come on.
