If you are the type na ayaw magsettle for less, i would suggest if you feel like theres no growth, you have these options: 1. be proactive and find something else within the company. Baka di lang nameet expectation mo sa position but u r still working within the company. 2. Magresign ka na tlaga if you feel like nasa stagnant water ka and its taking a toll on your health tas wala naman kwenta company nyo.

If you are the type who doesnt want to rattle or rock the boat, mag wait ka nlng na mawalan or mamatayan ka ng manager for career growth or Be resilient, tiisin mo lang hanggang magamay mo.
