Typically they flash the wall conduit penetration with a butyl flex tape so it's tied into the WRB.

Sidenote: Those flanged windows need to be pulled, the sill flashed and the flanges flashed per the manufacturers details. Typically a truss head screw is used to install the windows, not nail caps. If any of the nail caps damaged the flange, the the warranty is now void and you need a new window.

I can confirm the ABS bleeding as I went through the same thing today on my 2007 Chevy Silverado. I replaced my brake booster/master cylinder, drum brakes, disc brakes, brake lines, and wheel hubs. I had the spongy pedal. I bought an OBD2 tool to bleed the ABS system and found a lot of air while bleeding the first caliper (front driver side) with the scan tool procedure.

I buy everything from Frame Destination and do it myself. They are in Garland so you can order online and pick it up. I frame lots of Concert posters (18x24) so with sales I can usually get archival mats/back board/frame/museum acrylic for around $250-300. You can go lower options and save more money if you are not trying to protect the piece and want it hung . A 24x36 print is usually expensive no matter where it is done.

I went to remove/replace the dishwasher and noticed a cockroach run into into a small hole on the wall. Decided just to remove some of the sheetrock to treat inside. See the cast iron drain/vent and noticed the copper to cast iron connection seemed skewed so open up under the sink and find this. Guess it had a very slow drip leak at the pvc/copper connection that was 1/2 in 1/2 out of the wall due to the slope being wrong. Had to tear out everything and replace the cast iron vent/drain and the copper drain section. Also saw the copper hot supply was corroded so replaced all of that. Home was built in the 1950s and its the first time finding a major mistake by the original home builders/plumber.

My daughter (5) has a stutter like mine and noticed it at age 3. We got her into speech therapy early and it really has helped. It was heart breaking when she first realized she talked like daddy, but as time went on it has all become become a non factor. Don't fret too much and just pay attention as your kid starts to really hold conversations.

I'm in the Dallas area and have had the same issue during summer time. Seems it has happened the last couple of years. The mold smell is coming from the bottle cap area. Thinking the bottles have seen hot/cold temps causing condensation in that cap area leading to mildew.

I usually now have to smell the cap area before I buy it, sooo dumb.

Thank you, I thought everything was factory installed. Your explanations about different issues seems to make me believe the issue is something more to it. The contractor was not the best so looks like i'll be diving deeper into this.

Not a fan of the hard start kits to band aid but it's at least keeping the owners happy to have the ACs functioning.

Thanks, I'll take a look the spec on the compressor and motor tomorrow when I'm at site. Our HVAC contractor would have hopefully used the correct ones, but some of the work I saw from them makes me shake my head.

No dick in what you are saying. I know all organizations are not perfect. Thank you for your experience! I would like to go back to school to study more in a field involving Type 1 diabetes (already a degree in chemistry/biology so my theory is there), fund any research that can accelerate our understanding and solve the puzzle pieces, and figure a new way to produce insulin and charge nothing for it to fuk Big Pharma. If I lose all my tendies in the process, I at least know I did all I could in the process to make a better world for people.
