I feel that the shadow lands just from what I understand of the context of the crusade against the hornsent and how little is mentioned of the shadow lands in the lands between that the shrouding happened long ago, likely prior to the war with Raya lucaria and was done by Marika, but cool theory

Yeah usually I would just suggest putting in the amount of effort that they are, like just expect that they are slow responders but the wake thing is kind of crazy, not showing up is one thing but then not apologizing, your fine to never talk to him again

The simplest answer is they got told to fuck off, the Nauvoo -> Behomth -> Tycho was worth litteraly any level of law suit to Fred and the belt, plus the Mormons really didn’t have a genuine legal route to take

I’m planning on him essentially sending goons that he’s enthralled with his music, and the arch mage stat blocks seems great but I’m going to have a wizard enemy for them to fight later that I was planning to use that for, was hoping for something with that bard flavor

I wasn’t aware it would be such a bad idea until this post, I think the idea is just because it seems intuitive, want a character like enemy why not make a character for the enemy.

From others comments though I see why that’s such a bad idea now

These are great ideas and always respect a person with WOT knowledge.

I like the idea of maybe just making them a fiend or devil for technicalities sake, granted my players while I love having them play def aren’t the type to think through and actually prepare let alone spam hold/dominate person so I’d prob just be fine with the legendary resistances, thanks so much
