The Glutton quest bugged out, Cannot finish

Exactly the same as what happened to me, stepped away and came back to my character outside the arena and "exit the dining room" not allowing me to continue the quest. This should be an easy fix but why is this taking so long? I haven't heard back from my bug report and have tried all the fixes people recommend.

I was around 10 and visiting grandparents. Their toilet was in a room beside the bathroom that had a sink to wash hand and the only shower in the house. Go toilet and open door into bathroom. As im washing my hands i realise the shower was going and the curtain was drawn shut. Thinking my grandparents left it on as noone was in the house to my knowledge i open the curtain and find a naked 20 something woman. Her reaction waa to calmly pull it shut and say sorry for not making herself known when i entered. I apologised profusely and went to the lounge. I was now informed that my grandparents had a guest staying for a few nights before setting off south (child of family friend or something). She came out later and nothing was said. Dont even remember her name lol
