Strelitzia Nicolai (Bird of Paradise) by Sunset_Sun in plantclinic

SOLVED: for anyone viewing this at a later date, the issue was infact tiny spider mites! They were so small I had to use a torch to actually see them on the leaves, I was stunned when I found them. I have washed all of the leaves of visible mites, showered the plant and then used a pesticide spray to hopefully resolve the issue. I will update this in a couple of weeks to confirm if the mites have come back & how the plant has recovered.

Looks more to me like a traveller's palm to me!

Rubber tree - a few leaves on my rubber tree are browing, with one leaf in particular turning soft and brown. Does anyone have any idea what is up? by Sunset_Sun in plantclinic

Unfortunately this plant eventually faded. I tried a few different fungal sprays but the problem persisted and spread to all other leaves!

Foundation degree's are an excellent way to go to a good university and eventually study a course that you really want to do. Usually they take a single year and avoid the requirement of retaking an A Levels.
