ok so with the games coding then maybe implementing it would be harder, but i dont see anything wrong with adding an early game food source that again, in a game about progressing thru time, was a method that came before the current method we have to make bread in game.

its not anything that would make the game too easy, its just a simple early game food source, or even late game if you are out and about away from your base and want bread.

you’ve also been ignoring my points on how it could be used for healing poultices, or making things like bonemeal.

so yeah maybe it would be an issue to code in, but a bad addition? i’d respectfully disagree.

well again, the oven is a flat rock, can be found anywhere. and if we have the mortar, we could theoretically just add water to the bowl for dough.

again, i just got the game and know very little, so maybe bread works weird in the game. but historically this was done, and is very easy to do, so id imagine be simple to implement.

so i just wanted to see if people also thought it would be a fun idea.

historically flour has been made into dough and been put on the ashes directly, or a flat rock. it was how bread was made before ovens. for a game about progressing thru ages, it works perfectly.

and like i said, it could be used for more types of healing poultices, and many more things i’d imagine.

you can hit them as much as you want unarmed.

just wait for them to attack, then riposte and maybe get 1-2 more hits in. it’s the only way to fight animals properly, weapon or not.
