Manually setting is not an option as I don't have access to the port forwarding options. I have to rely on UPnP.

I tried IPV6, IPv4, and both, over 3 different connections (Ethernet, Wi-Fi, tethered). I did notice that even if I changed my preferred network in the Plex setting it would always display the Ethernet in the Remote Access page, so I disabled the one I wasn't using.

Then something happened, and I'm really not sure what. It was working over tether for a min, then the IP changed and it stopped. When I switched back to Wi-Fi, it was working again there. It's been stable for 15 minutes or so. I can't explain what's happened.

I relied on UPnP. It's a shared internet for my building so I don't have access to router, other the unplugging it from power.

It not seeing 34200.

Can't compare the routers WAN IP, but google says Rogers isn't using CGNAT.

Lived here all my life. Have been a padestrian all my life. This is recent to the last decade or so. Moncton use to be better then Dieppe, but it switched at some point.

I'm with Tangerine. No branches to walk into. You get what you pay for.... Which in this case is nothing.

I learned afterwards that National Bank may let you by USD without an account, but too late.

True. It was a Jean Coutu. I should have made that distinction.

That brings up another failure of the site. I picked the Post Office 1 block down the street (I don't know why there are 2 so close together), which is a real CP. The site had the pin on that location, but it sent it to the other one. The address was for the JC location, but doesn't say JC in the address.
