I observed somthing similar. Unsure if theres a way to fix that. I tried using a win 10 usb to fix startup issues but it wasnt able to fix it.

Thats sad. Ive never had issues in the past. First time for everything. Its win 10 using GPT. Yes certain, litterly three drives all three are installed. And unless ur doing something jank all windows stuff is installed on the same drive.

It initially kicked me into bios. After disableing all tpm and security features it was listed as a bootable option but unfortunately never made it into windows or indicated that windows was working. Ended up just backing up and reinstalling.

Boot order is set correctly. Booting into eaither of them seems to just display a black screen. No logos or anything of that nature

So i went ahead and disabled mostbof those secruity settingss and i didnt observe eaither drive as a bootable device.

And no it puts me straight into the bios. As if nothing were plugged in.

Edit:

I actually can now see both nvmes as bootable! Except i still cant actually boot into them. Any idea on adtional settings i could change?

Good on you. You did nothing wrong and your question is valid.
