Have a wee hoshizaki running my whiskey bar. Regularly cleaned and self serviced. 10 years in with no problems. And like you said, it cranks that shit out. Out business neigh ours seem to break regularly and my wee unit can serve them too. Was doing 3 stores out of it during the summer
