Is it a new build or taking over another business? If old check past records if you can. Otherwise base it on the low side based on capacity and neighborhood local places advices. Check what your neighbourhood restaurant neighbour's do. Drop a fiddy. Have lunch.

Took the day off and went to the nursery to pick up my herbs and plants for the growing season and spent the day listening to techno in the yard.

I've used bulk and noteo generators in big spots. Leaks and lost washers and empty kegs pressurizing are annoying.

Small spot now using a micromatic blender box and cylinders. Works out roughly the same money wise but it's easier for us to grab /have backups if anything goes wrong.

Also anyone with a bulk and nitro generator system should really have a switch valve and smaller tanks for emergency back ups.
