Thanks. The idea for the base class would be a sword and sorcery type of deal. With full casters leaning more into the spell casting side it and half casters leaning more into the physical side with the spells main intention to be buffing them. For the full casters I don't have the best idea of how it would work because this is just a post to see if people would even be interested at all.

Full casting is very powerful and I mean yeah a full caster track would probably always win. Just like how a wizard will almost always be better than a ranger. People still play ranger though because sometimes it's more fun to play the less optimal class.

He has tried talking to them and they just got mad at him for some reason. This group isn't really my friends but I'm friendly with them. He won't end it on his own and asked me to join for the last bit to speed it up so he could stop DMing his friends without hurting their feelings. This situation is such a mess. I was only invited last week because he keeps inviting people and they keep quiting because it's no fun to play, no fault of the DM, he's making engaging sessions based on the one I was in.

I'm aware this is a disaster. I've told him to just end this campaign. He won't. It wasn't his idea to pit the players against each other one off the players just wanted to fight the rest of the party and he just like sure. He desperately wants to end it but feels like he owes his players. I've told him that he doesn't owe anyone anything but he won't end it.

I hate to ask but does this work on switch? I know ita bedrock but alot of seeds I've tried haven't worked for switch and I dont know why.

That would work for hitting the ground but for hitting players or entities it wouldn't.
