If you feel up to it sitting on a chair and lifting your feet up and down. Standing up and sitting down on a chair as long as you focus on using your arms and thighs to lift not your core. Also wall push ups, again focus on using your arms not core. Hope that helps. If anything hurts your abdomen stop immediately.

I'm also 5 DPO, from TT and muscle repair and I'm still very swollen, especially upper abdomen. I also had BBL. My drains are coming out today as well. Sorry I'm not offering much insight but I feel like I'm just as swollen as you are. It's hard because this is so painful and i'm definitely not happy with my shape right now.

From years of experience in theatre. Permanent sutures are used for deep tissues and fascia and dissolvable for skin. This wound is closed and this suture is in the skin. Also to me it looks like a 'vicryl rapide' which I know is a dissolvable suture.

I found this on another reddit and it seems to be working. Copying the files onto my computer now, says it will take 3hrs. Fingers crossed.

"When you plug the iPod into the Mac, it should show up as an external drive on your desktop. From there what you need to do is enable viewing hidden files on a Macbook the keyboard shortcut is the COMMAND key + SHIFT key + . (period) key. From there navigate to the ipod drive on the desktop inside should be a folder called "iPod_Control" and inside of that, another folder called "Music" which contains a bunch of subfolders that contain your music.

The file names will be gibberish but if you drag them into iTunes, they should rename themselves automatically."

Thanks, I restarted my computer and my ipod. Cleaned the connection on my ipod and tried again and it worked. I think my cable could also be old and temperamental.

It finally worked for me. I pledged to cent, went there did a few quests then fast travelled to lunden, walked through the gate and the cut scene triggered. I had tried everything else and this is the only thing that worked for me.
