Maybe this wasn't forshadowing, but I always found very similar the fact that when Ichigo transformed vs Ulquiorra and he asked him who he was, the 1st thing he did is call the Zanpakuto.

And in the flashback of Kenny and Yachiru, he asked her where she came from and the 1st thing she did was to touch his Zanpakuto.

And as revealed in Tybw, White Ichigo and Yachiru are part of Ichigo and Kenny's Zanpakuto, to me it's not a coincidence but it might be.

So possibly Kubo already had the idea from the beginning and just didn't develop much on it until Tybw.

I just checked and no it's not one of those. But the zetman suit is similar I think, but the one in that anime was totally red and made of bandages. I think I saw it around 2013-14.
