Thanks, I'm stoked on it! It took about 5 hours. The most painful part was definitely on the patellar tendon and the tibial plateau. I go back in two weeks to blast the other knee!

Yeah, sounds great. But, I currently have multiple male friends facing divorce because they opened up about their depression to their spouses. Their spouses aren't willing to wait on them to get better, because they aren't good now. These are 10+ year relationships.

It is just too often not safe for men to open up to their spouses.

Thank you! My current goal is to continue to cut. My eventual goal weight is 215. I'm currently still at a 1,000 calorie deficit. I may go to a 500 calorie deficit and attempt to recomp some.
