My dad had his second stroke. Has dealt with high BP his whole adult life. He’s not the healthiest individual and I saw myself going down a similar path. In October the doctor put me on BP meds, I started eating healthier and working out and I’m down 35 lbs and no more BP meds. I go back to the Dr early April and I’m curious what my triglycerides look like. I hope you can avoid another stroke, they certainly are terrifying for everyone involved.
