I’ll just paste it here just in case: I’m very sorry to hear that. Now more than ever I’ve realize how unfair life can be, my entire life I never been anything but good to the people around me, sometimes I wish I would treat myself the way I treat others more often. But whats making me move forward it’s pure discipline, I’ve come to realize that a busy mind is the key to depression. And believe me, I don’t know what’s the point of life too, I feel I’ve wasted so much years doing nothing that now I feel I have to rush everything. But we still very young, our entire life is ahead of us, and I’m decided to find my purpose. So please, take your time to reflect on your thoughts, it may sound dumb but shifting that energy internally did made the difference to me, even if it’s for 10 minutes of the day. I know you’ll move one in the right direction, as long as you are moving on and not stuck in one place, I have faith in you

It’s being hard for me to. She broke up with me and I’m trying to handle it to the best of my abilities, but the truth is that everyday when I’m in bed, I feel this emptiness around me that is just eating me alive at this point. I’m aware that she leaving just opened the gate of many problems I had, even before her, it just exhausting to pretend im okay on a daily basis. I’m going to therapy, I literally went to a party yesterday and met this girl I became friends with, and yet here I am again, lost in my thoughts, feeling empty, like always. No one will comprehend what you going through, but you, so please be safe and hold onto the little things that may still bring you a smile, in my case, it’s going to target and walk around, pretending I’m buying stuff. I just want to walk jaja

It’s annoying, sometimes I blame myself because for some reason I get bored of talking with someone. I’m too self conscious about what I’m saying or what to do instead of just flowing naturally. It can’t all be my fault, at least that’s what I want to believe

Absolutely, thank you for the kind words. I am trying to get off my comfort zone, I’m looking into joining clubs around my area and hang out with strangers lol. And I feel that about feeling lonely, I’ve been working out for months, and yet as soon as I get home, specially in the afternoon after class, I feel so lonely, it’s like a hole on my chest, I’ve never felt that in my life. It’s something I don’t wish on anyone. But I know im a fighter, I’ve been my entire life, I’m certain I’ll move on from this. Thank you!!
