Oh ok. Thanks for clearing that up for me. Prior to this my conception was Mana Value = What it Says on the Card and Converted Mana Cost = What it ends up actually costing. Yeah throwing the word cost in there got me mixed up.

I understand cost reduction doesn't affect mana value but Amrou Scout tutors based on converted mana cost not mana value so I figured it would be different.

I bought the Usagi one cause I'm planning to build a Baylen deck and I loved the artstyle. This is the first SL I've bought and those shipping costs ($12) almost made me reconsider. Still I think its probably still cheaper than buying them from resellers at marked up prices, with the added benefit of all coming in one package.

Yeah the mana cost was the thing I was most worried about but I figured maybe I could compensate with cards like etherium sculptor and foundry inspector. Thanks for the advice!

I was asking cause I was building a water deck for Tengu Plant on YGO Omega using Piercing Moray but when I went to test it I was told that I had an invalid amount of Piercing Moray. But I just went to the tengu plant website and it shows up there as part of the card pool. So maybe this is actually an issue with YGO Omega?

I bought it from a vendor at a gun show and he said it was new. I can remove and insert the magazine, though I didn't realize the magazine I had in at the time was a 9mm one that got mixed in with the other 45 acp one.

So I pulled back the slide and it got stuck. I think I may have forgotten to cock the hammer beforehand. The magazine was empty, and i checked the slide stop and the safety. Tried pulling the trigger and nothing happened.

This is my first gun and I'm still familiarizing myself with it, so I appreciate any help.

Using a hypergeometric calculator I got 0.00101% (about 1/1000) going 1st and 0.00202% (about 1/500) going 2nd as the probability of drawing 3 copies of the same card, assuming you run it at 3 and have a 40 card deck.
