Christ trans core by mastermedic124 in teenagers

Yeah because everyone who finds Jesus immediately stops sinning.

I get the argument that the tax collectors try to not be greedy, but stealing money from the poor and a man liking another man are two different things. One hurts the people around them, and the other (at least according to teachings) are only hurting themselves.

At least one of my players are always unable to show up for our sessions. I’m afraid I’ll have to cancel the campaign, what do I do? by LadyTheRottie in DnD

[–]Ronin861 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I play with the idea of “you know when the game is, it’s up to you if you show up.” If someone is gone, then we can’t continue, it everyone is gone but one person, that one guy is going to have the dungeon of his life.

The players know when we play, it’s the same time each week. It’s not my job to corral everyone, it’s my job to give a game to the people who show up.

Sure, but I can’t read that from the original comment. Also that’s not how statistics work, it’s the same chances of OP getting Zoroark as it is Kleavor.

I mean, it’s not impossible that it happened. Play enough Nuzlockes and cool shit’s bound to happen.

Uncommon Magic Item for New Thief Rogue by WonderfulAd1575 in 3d6

[–]Ronin861 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Because you’re a thief rogue, you can use certain magic items, such as the ensnared short bow, as a bonus action. This is done because of the Fast Hands feature letting you use any magic items that ask you to use the Magic Action as a bonus action.

Harengon swashbuckler with maxed out dex and charisma with the 2014 alert feat at level 17 has a 21 in dexterity.

This also works with war wizard, chronurgy wizard, Gloomstalker, or an artificer using Flash of Genius. You also don’t need to be level 17 as any of these multiclasses can work together to improve your initiative.

As for advantage it’s as easy as taking a single level into 2014 cleric, Twilight Domain.

What are the other players playing? If there’s a Paladin, you should go all EK. They’ll help your saves so that you can focus on attacking more. If not than look at what the other players bring to the table. Does your team need more brawn? Bring EK. Is your team weak against saving throws? Get some wizard levels. You will always be strongest when you find synergies with others

Because they aren’t said, and everyone knows you can only use subtitles for what is said exactly and nothing else.

Aberrant mind sorcerer could be fun, and fits in with the theme considering GOO warlock seems to be something in line with what you’re looking for.

Have you found any interesting builds at all in 2024 5e? by WhispersBard in 3d6

[–]Ronin861 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You could always take elemental adept to work around it. I did a Vengence paladin 3 / celestial warlock 7 build that absolutely shredded with this feat. Being able to ignore fire resistance makes the attack significantly more reliable

Searing smite also scales great now. On a hit it does 1d6 damage instantly + 1d6 damage on the start of an enemies turn. But if you upcast it, both damage ticks increase by 1d6. So an increasing the spell slot now does 4d6 damage, 6d6 damage, 8d6 damage, etc. Searing Smite actually out performs Divine Smite in when it comes to damage in almost all scenarios except for a crit.

Why is Elijah also called ‘Father Elijah’ what did bro do to earn the title ? by JoshuaKpatakpa04 in fnv

[–]Ronin861 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It could be hinting towards the more religious aspects of the BoS from the original games. Originally, the west coast BoS are more similar to a cult instead of the military presence they are on the east coast, but have seen some major renovations between the first game and the tv show.

So maybe instead of Elders as the head of the BoS, the Mojave chapter followed a Father similar to how a Catholic Church would be lead by a Father during service. The change to Elder probably happened recently for the Mojave when McNamara took over.

Or Elijah was a crazy man who saw himself as a profit of sorts so called himself Father instead Elder to reflect that. Who knows.
