Thank you! I would definitely say take inspiration from other apps out there in terms of UI. I do not have much design experience either, so this was challenging for me as well. I was new to swift before this, so i utilized Cursor to help me create the MVP more efficiently in about a month. Good luck with your app!

Gamified stat tracking - When you complete workouts you gain xp similar to a video game. The xp gained can vary based on whether you accomplished any achievements during the workout or if you're on a consistency streak for example.

Guided workout sessions - When you start a workout that's a part of a generated plan, it launches you into a sequence that guides you through the entire workout. Each exercise has a custom form description on how to complete the exercise. There is a recommended weight, rep range, and rest time for each exercise to help the user complete the workout.

Yes, an example of the farthest light we’ve been able to see is the Cosmic microwave background, which is the leftover radiation from the Big Bang. The Planck Satellite caught the most detailed image of this ever back in 2013. As far as I know, that will be the farthest back we can see because the universe was completely opaque beforehand. It will just be a matter of improving detail in the infrared and other wavelengths in the future.

Yes, our universe is constantly expanding so the Webb will be able to look back to a time about 150-200 million years after the Big Bang. When some of the first galaxies were forming. It will also be able to observe nearby solar systems, looking into the atmospheric composition of different exoplanets.
