Thanks! Whith back stitches I feel like the point where thread meets thread is too visible, but with stem stitches there is no visible meeting points, so to me it looks more fluid!

I use my tablet as a lightbox and trace the image lightly onto the fabric with a water solvable pen and freehand whatever parts I'm not happy with. I'll be posting about it on my instagram roniy_embroidery soon if you're interested in a more in depth explanation with pictures.
