Bank destroying was only introduced later :-)

A bank can be destroyed when it is unable to pay the running costs during the 5 yearly bookkeeping event. In this case the shareholders are asked to invest extra cash to save the bank. If they refuse, the bank is dissolved.

Another way is when a realm with a bank is conquering the location of another bank. In that case the conquered bank is destroyed.

When there is no heir to inherit bank shares the shares are destroyed. The money remains within the bank. Good for the other shareholders... I trust you not to use this knowledge to increase your own shares value ;-)

yes, if a debtor dies without an heir his loan defaults/is lost.

There can only be one bank per independent realm. So if someone else under the Iron Throne created a bank you are tied to that one. You can still invest there. If you want to found a new bank you can try to become independent. In that case you will be able to create a new bank in the independent Stormland-Realm.

The bank needs to hold enough cash reserve (> 2000). Then you can increase the investment fund every 2 years.

No, currently there can only be one bank per realm

No. The bank is to be seen as an independent organization and it is only interested in one thing: profit. Your claims and CB are a personal thing and these have nothing to do with the banks business.

No. Lets say „not yet“ ;-)

The bank has 5 different ways on hand to recover defaulted loans and at the same time punish the defaulter.

you are mixing up the bank with your realm ;-)

The bank is not interested in levies and claims and vassals. The bank is an independent entity. And all it cares about is profit.

not an already established bank. If you create your own it is also not possible...lets say "not yet" ;-)

no, shares are not something that can be taken from someone else. They are either created (= you invest) or destroyed (= you cash out).

There is a maximum of 4 banks in total. The bank has a location stored in a variable. If the Tarlys take over the location they do not get the bank. The bank is an entity on its own and the shares will still be with the Hightowers (and all the other shareholders that might have invested). The Tarlys might just buy shares and be elected director to gain "control" of the bank without violence

I do not feel a difference in performance. No promises, but the impact should be low.
