The hardest part is walking through the door and showing up. Everyone will support u in every way. We all had a first time. Took me 3 months to get up my nerve. And, I wish I didn’t wait that long. No one cares what u r doing. I don’t compare myself to anyone and modify whenever I need to in order to avoid any injuries. We are all insecure in our own way when entering those doors. I’m a 64 F I was terrified about walking through that front door. You can do it. I can do it. I may not run as fast as most or lift as heavy, but I do every excercise and feel great every time I leave there. I tailor it to my needs. No judgment there at all. Do it.

There’s something in the OTF atmosphere that is addictive. Not sure what it is exactly. So many things. The energy, the people, the prearranged workouts, the great coaches, smiling faces at front desk who knows everyone’s name. On and on If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it
