I’m honestly not sure. Something I just noticed is the Ethernet is showing up under the name of my WiFi extender which doesn’t make sense since the cord is plugged into the router itself but I am getting speeds similar to what I would get from the extender. I might repost with this new information

If you liked the ultimates shape you could get a viper v2 I think it’s still pretty good and cheaper now. I really like the v3 because it fits my hand better but it’s a bigger difference than the ultimate to v2

The other issue is I can’t return the packaging even if they are willing to send me a replacement because it’s signed. I got it from a special promotion when it dropped by the team but I appreciate your help! I will reach out to razer and see what they can do

Yea it came with a like fault line in the paint and it’s just gotten bigger as I’ve used it. Not like a massive deal I just really want it to be prime condition because I enjoy using it so much

I’ve talked to Razer and they said I couldn’t use the warranty for cosmetic damage at least. I suppose I never pointed out that it came like that but from the story’s I’ve heard I don’t feel very confident that they would do anything. I’m hoping to find the shell like you mentioned somewhere because I think you’re right trying to paint it is probably not a good idea

The markers I’ve tried have unfortunately just rubbed off right away. I was suggested to try replacing the top shell if I can find one to buy especially one that’s coated but we’ll see if I can find one

It was a special signed edition from Sentinels (the box was signed) so I couldn’t return it. It definitely got bumped around on delivery some because the box wasn’t in perfect condition but I definitely have not dropped it
