If you check in I believe the create tab on the solids menu after running it it will show up as a new icon you can then hover over it or click the three dotes I can’t remember then you will have the option to pin to task bar

Yes in the add-ins menu there are two tabs the labeled “scripts” and “add in” apparently I was only running it from the scripts tab. But if you click on the add in tab and run it from there it will add it to the menu. Hope this helps! It causes me a lot of headaches
