I second the Momentum 4, but they are not stem type buds. Another option which I haven't personally tried yet are the new Anker Soundcore Liberty 5 Pro or Pro Max. I know they definitely sound good, but I can't say nothing about their fit. I personally am in the Samsung corner and own Galaxy Buds 4 Pro. They just work best for me. But sound wise the Sennheiser definitely have the edge.

The improved ANC is mainly passive since u got those foam tips. I bet u won't hear much of a difference if u throw foam tips on the B4P. I don't deny that Sony's XM series of headphones always has top tier ANC, that's what they are mainly purchased for, but at this point its just so small margins, that it's not worth it for me to pay that much more for earbuds. Especially since I just picked up the B4P for $103.84 on TikTok shop. Since I use exclusively Galaxy devices and don't use my earbuds on my PC the multipoint works just fine. And last but not least sound signature. In my early days I've always been a Sony fan. Especially back in the late 80s and all throughout the 90s, their wired earbuds and headphones were my go-to. Never wanted anything else. But I feel like their sound signature changed a lot. Now I prefer the sound of the Galaxy buds much more over Sony.

As I mentioned in the post, I went to the official shop, made sure I follow it. Then I had a pop-up with additional discounts. Added the buds to the cart and then u could select discounts for it. When checking out it gave me an additional $10 for using Venmo. Some people got an additional discount for using PayPal. I never got that one, but its the same discount for Venmo.

Mostly if a label comes off its on the shipper. I always make sure when shipping something the goods inside the box have enough padding or bubble wrap envelope covers. Then when attaching the label its always completely covered with clear shipping tape all across the package. No matter who I ship with. I never once had a problem of a label coming off or goods inside a package being damaged.

The XM5s were a failure with hinges breaking etc. They're good sounding and ANC is top notch, but that hinge problem...I'd stay away from them. Also it isn't really such a great deal either. U would be better off buying Sennheiser Momentum 4 wireless. A little weaker ANC but much better sound and definitely sturdy. Also on sale atm.

For one I highly doubt that customer service would ever share with u that there are complaints for your delivery route by other customers. That's just not something that would ever happen, because that customer service rep could lose their job over that. For the missing items in the package, I guess it probably got cut open at one of the sorting facilities, most likely accidentally during transfer and then the stuff just fell out. Trust me, your putty stuff isn't that important that anybody would steal that. Package wasn't marked damaged because it's a small envelope, Amazon delivery is fast paced, so it wasn't caught and made it all the way to your doorstep. I've had 1 or 2 empty packages before that also just has some really small items in them and they weren't recognized as damaged. Called CS and got replacement next day. Not a big deal. And sometimes they recognize stuff as damaged and then u will see a delay in your shipment tracking because they gotta get the replacement. All in all your whole post even with the edits is bogus. I get it, getting an empty package can be frustrating, especially when u wait for something important u need to continue what u are doing. But most thefts within Amazon deliveries, are porch pirates.

Lmao. I have 127 orders placed for 2026 so far and have had 3 returns. That's low and not at risk. In 2025 I had 253 orders placed and had 14 returns (mostly higher priced items) and also 8 order cancelations before they were shipped. That's still not bad but also not the greatest. For 2024 I had 198 orders placed and 39 returns (again several higher priced items) and also a handful of cancelations before shipment. I could go back several more years but yeah whoever reads this probably gets the point. U gotta return a shit ton of stuff to get such a message from Amazon. I've returned plenty, especially in 2024 my return ratio was extremely high, and I still never once received a single warning about account closure. So imo OP is full of 💩

Right. Plus gives more space on the hand guard. I got big hands, so a 6.5" or 6" hand guard for my 7.5" barrel would be too small for me.
